Responsibilities:
- Perform daily breathalyzers
- Monitor household & emergency supplies
- Oversee rchore schedules & curfews
- Attend weekly house meetings
Qualifications:
- 1 year of successful sobriety & active in a program
- Must have a day job
- Passion for fostering community and camaraderie
The Resident Lead position is a live-in role within our men’s sober living house, offering a private bedroom, free utilities, and discounted rent on a 12-month lease as your compensation. You'll perform light evening oversight duties, including tracking chores, curfews, and administering breathalyzers, while fostering a supportive recovery environment. An outside day job is required.

Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS)
The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) will work one-on-one with individuals in early recovery, many coming out of homelessness or the judicial system, while also running recovery and life skills groups at our community center, partner facilities, and sober living home. This role requires 2 years of continuous sobriety and lived experience in recovery, as you’ll be guiding others on their path to sobriety through peer support and group facilitation.
