SafeSide Recovery operates three men’s sober living homes in NW Denver near 72nd Avenue and Pecos Street: Zenith House, Athens House, and Arcadia House.

Our homes provide a structured, recovery-focused environment centered on peer connection, accountability, clear expectations, and practical support as residents work toward greater stability and independence.

SafeSide is peer-led, and lived experience shapes the way we support people through recovery, setbacks, goals, and the everyday work of rebuilding a life.

Our Men’s Sober Living Homes

All three SafeSide men’s homes are located in NW Denver. Each home has its own community while sharing the same broader focus on recovery, accountability, peer support, and progress toward greater independence.

What to Expect in a SafeSide Men’s Home

Structure & Accountability

Residents follow clear house expectations, curfews, recovery-focused routines, and shared household responsibilities.

Drug and Alcohol Testing Is Part of the Program

Regular and random drug and alcohol testing helps support a sober and accountable living environment.

Peer Connection

Residents live alongside others working toward recovery and have access to peer support from people who understand the recovery process through lived experience.

Building Independence

Residents are encouraged to strengthen life skills, identify goals, navigate resources, and work toward greater stability and independence.

Peer Support Is Part of the Culture

SafeSide is a peer-led recovery organization. Our peer professionals can help residents work through practical challenges, identify goals, navigate resources, strengthen accountability, and stay connected to recovery.

Residents may also work with clinical, medical, recovery, and community providers based on their individual needs. SafeSide respects appropriate provider choice.

SafeSide may be a good fit for men who are committed to recovery and willing to participate in a structured, peer-centered living environment.

Residents Should Be Prepared To:

  • Maintain sobriety

  • Follow house expectations and curfews

  • Participate in household responsibilities

  • Participate in regular and random drug and alcohol testing

  • Engage in recovery

  • Live respectfully in a shared home

  • Work toward greater stability and independence
