What's your "Third Place"?

Home is where you rest. Work is where you grow. But everyone needs a Third Place – a space where you can relax with like-minded people and just be yourself. Here are a few examples:

• Hobby clubs

• Gyms, fitness classes, or yoga

• Hiking groups

• Churches

• Support groups

• Live music

• Volunteer organizations

Finding that third place is vital for happiness. It’s where friendships are made, and support is found. If you’re looking for a good third place, DM us about talking to a Peer Coach who can help guide you to the right community and support.

Peace and love, friends!
